Processing times:
Our current processing time for orders is shown at the top of the website. Please make sure you are able to wait potentially this long to receive your item before ordering.
Sometimes i go a little over our processing time, please read our about us page to understand why.
Delivery times:
UK: 2-3 working days. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Worldwide: 7-10 working days. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked. Please remember that international orders are subject to customs fees and can be delayed.
US have customs fees paid within the postage.
The above timeframes are only applicable once your order has been shipped, and is not from when the order is placed.
I will only pay once for your order to be shipped, if you do not collect or continue to miss the parcel you will have to pay to have it re shipped, if this happens i will email, if no reply i will refund without the postage.
When to contact us if your order hasn't arrived:
UK: 7 working days after receiving your dispatch email.
Worldwide: 20 working days after receiving your dispatch email.
What to do if your order is damaged:
We package all our products with care to try to avoid any orders being damaged in transit, however if your order has arrived damaged please email us right away at cuteandspookshop@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the date the product was received. All returned items must be in a new & unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We would recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note: Items must be returned in an unused, re-sellable condition. Any items returned that we suspect have been used/worn (other than to try on) will NOT be refunded.

Hi everyone!
Cute & spook has been running since October 2024, yes we started in the spookiest month of the year!
Everything is done by myself in my home in Northumberland, i design, then digitize that design, stitch or print them, then lint roll them like mad because fluff gets everywhere!!
You may wonder why the rather long processing time! Well i am doing this from a room in my house, whilst having a very hyper 3 year old running round, an 11 year old blind dog, a moody teenager and a fiance who likes to just get in the way, whilst i am also just about to start treatment for a very aggressive tumor, so some days are extremely tough to get things done.
As always though i appreciate every single order that comes in, so thank you for being here.
