Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide!

Please remember that international orders are subject to customs/import fees and can be delayed. If you're worried that your international package has been lost or delayed, please get in touch with us and we'll check it out for you.

If your country isn't available in checkout, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help!

How long does shipping take?

Our current processing time for orders is shown at the top of the website. Please make sure you are able to wait potentially this long to receive your item before ordering. This processing time does not apply to orders only containing stickers, prints, tote bags or certain t-shirts.

UK: 2-3 working days. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Worldwide: 7-10 working days. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked.

If your order is not collected and is sent back to us, you will be refunded minus the postage costs as we have already had to pay to send this and do not get it back from royal mail, we are a very small business.

How do I track my order?

Your dispatch email will have a tracking link and you'll be able to follow your order as it makes its way to you!

How do I return an item?

We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something isn't quite right please have a read of our return policy and then get in touch with us by emailing cuteandspookshop@gmail.com

Will everything in my order ship at the same time?

Usually if your order contains only embroidered items, they will be shipped together.

If you order a mixture of printed and embroidered items, selected printed items will be shipped from our printing partners directly. This means these items will usually arrive before the embroidered items so don't worry!

Can I exchange for a different item?

Yes! If you'd like to exchange for a different size or colour please get in touch and we can figure it out.
